I stayed here with my friends for seven long days. Not one restaurant was open, no activities, no entertainment, the food was something I could have made at home off the grill, mostly finger foods. They harass you to buy their timeshare, which I guess is to be expected. I could have saved my money and went to a resort that at least has something going on at their resort. I maybe need a do-over due to “COVID”. I needed a break, yes, complete with masks, social distancing and proper hand hygiene, but, I isolated more here then in my own home!

Great location
The 3 bdm condo at the Westin Dawn Beach is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. All 3 bdms have king size beds with comfortable Westin bedding. The beds are changed midweek but the trash and bathrooms are done daily. If possible, choose building A as it has the best access and view of the ocean. Building D has great views but a long steep walk from the beach and the main lobby. We really enjoyed staying on this side of the island.

This place is amazing!!
Honestly, the condo here is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful as well. Our view, the interior and surrounding area is gorgeous. The location is wonderful as well. It is on the Dutch side, but literally 2 "hills" from France! Lovely, lovely place to stay! I would highly recommend.

Nice property
We are Time Share Owners at this resort. The units are large and have nice bathrooms. Plenty of bathroom supplies. The kitchen is adequate but could use a few more utensils, cheese grater, tongs, non-stick fry pan. The rest of the items are fine, give a few sugars and coffee creamer but no coffee. The beds are comfortable and the living room furniture is comfortable. The outside deck was nice to sit on. No phone in living room. A little surprised for a Westin, not quite up to other Westin's standards.
Was surprised after the hurricane when the whole Island was without water they offered to sell us drinking water for $8 for a liter bottle. Did let us shower the first day in the hotel which was appreciated. They didn't have enough water to allow that the second day. They did have guys come around once to bring water to flush toilets, on the second day, rest of the time new had to use two liter bottles and make trips to the pool to get water for that purpose. Didn't feel this was up to Westin standards. After check out at the time share we were told we could go to the hotel for boarding pass print out. The lady at the desk said to go to the business center, you have to pay, she went back to the desk and the gentleman there was more than happy to print the boarding pass for us. We didn't understand her issue. The day before a friend leaving had wonderful service at the desk getting a boarding pass printed. This was the worst storm this resort has been through, that may have had something to do with service. Bar staff at the pool were very nice....
