Didn’t happen and no one answered my calls , was left stranded.
My taxi driver knew the owner and called him for me , no answer she said she wondered if he was off the island as she had not seen him !!

We deeply apologize for you inconvenience. We had issues accessing Viator to see your bookings.
We have only recently been able to gain access. I hope that you were able to be refunded and also if not please don't contact me on 649-231-4144. We have updated our number on this website but hasn't changed as of yet

Book through this company but our cruise got canceled due to bad weather but they never got back to me or messaged me prior to my excursion to make sure I knew where to meet etc DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They don’t care about communicating with you

Please do not try to slander our company. We are a third party in payments. We never received your payment as everyone who books should know they booked with trip advisor or viator. And it is a whole week before they even pay the company. This is not a Ride Da Rhythms issues but you need to contact viator and explain your situation. Thank you and have a great day.

We were unable to go on this adventure, but I'm still giving it five stars. After speaking to some of the locals, and the owner of this business, he asked TripAdvisor for the months of July through October off. I did personally speak to the owner, And he told me several of his horses were injured, which is why he was not able to accommodate many bookings. He said TripAdvisor continuously overbooked his horses. Because he cut TripAdvisor off for several months, the bookings that were made through TripAdvisor were not communicated to him. he made sure to personally call me and tell me this, with his sincerest apologies. It was very clear that he puts his horses first and that is the reason I'm giving this five stars.

I wanted to leave a good review so bad but unfortunately for what we paid it wasn't even close to what we expected especially after all the other reviews and pictures we saw before hand. Unfortunately our driver was over an hour late to pick us up. By the time we got there we waited for others to get back from their ride and we were led down the beach and through the water and back. We had the impression for what we paid we were supposed to go through the town and the beach and we never got that. I thoroughly enjoyed the horses and the ride itself and the people were very nice its was just very much disappointing in the end.

Good morning, we carried you on a Full tour of Grand Turk taking you to the Lighthouse and other tourist stops. We explained to you that horseback ride was going to be on the beach. The tour you did around the Island would cost way more by taxi excluding the horses. We also explained that we did not see your booking but we still wanted to accommodate you guys

The guy didn’t show up. He didn’t answer calls or messages when we tried to call him after we waited 15-20 minutes passed our scheduled time. Originally he stated we didn’t meet him at the correct location. I screenshot the messages of our conversation when making the reservation of the exact location where he told us to be (which was exactly where we were at). He did apologize, however, I’m still waiting to get my money back and it’s been two weeks.

Unfortunatly we had the same experience as a few other people. The guy just didn't show up. The security guard told his he had heard he had an emergency this morning but he was usually here to meet his guests if he was going to make it. He didn't show up for us. I hope we get our money back. We had other friends on the island and could have hung out with them instead if he had just emailed or called and let us know he had an emergency and had to cancel. An emergency is understandable but not telling us is not. You can house back ride by just walking out of the port and finding the guys with the horses and you don't have to oay up front and if that fails just take a golf cart around the island. Don't book this and chance him not showing up and having to fight to get your money back.

This description says Cockburn Town Grand Turk not Providenciales we do not operate on the Provo so there would be a no show. Please study which Island you are going Turks and Caicos because we are made up of 42 islands and cays. If I went to Florida and paid for a tour from you for Miami and thought i was in Tampa and the description says Miami FL is it really your fault I thought Tampa was the whole Florida.

Such an amazing experience from start to finish! We were staying right on Pillory beach so Royal and Z met us right at our Air b’n’b! The horses were great and well behaved. My husband is inexperienced and had no problems with the ride through Cockburn Town and then on the beach. Beautiful, interesting scenery and historical tidbits. Highly recommend!

AN ABSOLUTE MUST DO.
My wife and I booked this through Viator ourselves and didn't go through the cruise ship for this shore excursion.
It is easy to find the pick-up point which is near the information box and taxi stand. Someone from Ride Da Rhythm will be waiting there. When we went they were wearing a red shirt with their name and logo on the back in yellow. They take you there and drop you off after the excursion.
Before the ride make sure you contact them and see if you can go out there early and get them to show you a place for some local food and drink prior to the horse ride. My wife and I missed out on that and it looked like it would be a great experience.
Our two guides Royal and Zee are two of the nicest blokes you will meet and are very helpful. The horses are very easy going and laid back and basically follow the leader. You get a GREAT experience of horse back riding through the local streets and housing areas before taking a swim in the ocean with them.
If you have the money this is a GREAT way to see part of the local community at Grand Turks. A MUST DO if you are there.

My sisters and I absolutely loved the tour!! We loved each of our horses and swimming with them was the cherry on top! We ALL needed a dip in the water to cool off from the hot Sun! We loved every bit of it! We will definitely book again when we return!!!

We had a horrible experience we didnt even get to go horse back riding we get to the destination to start our ride and not a soul in site. The taxi driver happened to know the guy in charge of the horses we stopped by twice to the business and he took us to his house ! We then proceeded to call his cell phone number not one answer from all the stops we made searching for him! We did not get to enjoy our experience because were trying to fond the guy in charge for hours! Worst experience of my life and i would like a refund!

They assist you get up on the horse. The horse did have saddles but no stirrups. The operation is more rural and didn’t have a lot of equipment so it may not appeal to those who are looking for well-equipped setups. It is run by local native islanders so it has that feel. They may have a step for persons to assist getting up on the horse so I would ask the operators. They were responsive.
