Kevin was our driver - great!! Lots of interesting Victoria trivia we didn't know before. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip, including the Governor General's residence & grounds, & Craigdarroch Castle.

As we reflect on our summer this far we would be remiss not to mention the fantastic pedicab tour of Victoria. A smiling and enthusiastic Sara S took us on a wonderful tour of Victoria. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about historic Victoria was mind boggling. Her shinning personality made this adventure a trip of a lifetime. Her compassion for her fellow Victorias and tourists alike was on display as she gave directions to lost tourists and locals alike. We highly recommend a pedicab tour and outstandingly recommend Sara S as your tour guide. Enjoy.

Kevin was our tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience! He showed us many of the city secrets, like the tea cup tree, and the fairy houses. The Government House grounds, and the Castle, were amazing to see from the back seat of the pedicab! We were also introduced to an awesome fish & chip place called Finest at Sea. We would gladly go again, and ask for Kevin!

Soren Russow was a phenomenal guide. Extremely friendly, personable and easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and his role playing during the tour was fantastic. Our group feels he went above and beyond anything we have experienced on tours in other places. Soren is sincere and passionate about the tours which made our group feel at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We did four hours and covered a LOT of ground. The price was fair and comparable to other excursions on the cruise. Soren is accomplished at photography and took some amazing pictures of our group. We highly recommend PediCab and further recommend requesting Soren as your guide.

Had an absolute blast with Soren and Julie. We had 3 couples. They took us around the residential areas to explore different trees and houses. We saw the worlds tallest totem pole. Soren played us a cool tune on a wooden instrument gifted to him. They told stories, showed us pictures. We saw the Lt Governor’s house and gardens, the Queen’s rose garden, the castle, Chinatown, Downtown stop at souvenir shop, and had a wonderful recommendation for dinner at the Commons. The trip is WELL WORTH the cost and highly recommended.

This was the highlight of our trip! We had an amazing time with our host, Julie, who was super friendly, loves people, and knew lots of important facts about Victoria that you'll miss if you stick to the inner harbor. We loved Julie's spirit, exuberance, and love for people. My wife and I hated to leave her when our tour was over because we felt like we'd made a friend after spending three hours with her. We visited James Bay, Govt. House & Gardens, Craidarroch Castle, a waterfront park, Chinatown, and downtown. If you're interested in a Pedicab Tour, call and ask for Julie. You'll have an absolutely wonderful time! Julie is the best!

The overall experience was great! Chris was amazing! He was knowledgeable and witty. He knew detailed information and highlighted what we wanted for the tour. He also gave us dining recommendations for places we would have never found on our own. Definitely recommended!!

Victoria Pedicabs put together a custom version of their castle tour for us — with a pickup at the Victoria Clipper terminal, a tour through the James Bay neighborhood, a ride through Beacon Hill Park, before heading up to Craigdarroch Castle and the nearby Queen's gardens. From there we continued with a tour of the downtown areas, along with recommendations for dining and shopping after the tour.
Alan Thimot was our Pedicab tour guide. He was absolutely wonderful! Great personality and tremendous knowledge of the city and all its offerings! We had our 14 year old granddaughter with us and he interacted and engaged with her in a way that kept her interested and entertained! The almost 4 hours we spent with Alan flew by.
We would recommend this to anyone who wants a personal, close and upfront tour of Victoria!!

My wife and I called and talked to Heloise about 2 weeks before our trip to Victoria. We requested a Pedicab ride to the Craigdarroch Castle. She picked us up right at the ship, took us on a tour through Victoria, and to the castle. Along the way we stopped at several sites to learn more about the history of not only the castle but the city. This lady is very knowledgeable about the town and you can tell she's done her homework. She went with us through the castle as well because it's a self guided tour. She knew all of the history of the castle and shared it with us as we made our way stopping in all the rooms and telling us what each one was used for. A lot of interesting things happened there you'll have to see it for yourself to understand. If you take a Pedicab tour be sure and request Heloise. She made the tour worthwhile.

Can you take this tour at a time other than 9 AM? That is the only time listed. We would need to do it in the afternoon when we have free time from our group tour.

I have reservations for 4 on Tues. Sept. 10th at 9:00am. Can we get picked up at our hotel Swans Brewery Pub and Hotel on Pandora Avenue. Can we get dropped off at the Fairmont Empress Hotel at the CVS Kiosk in front of Fairmont Empress?

I'm not with the Pedicab company, but I know Heloise (which was our tour guide ) picked us up at our cruise ship and dropped us off at the whale watching tour. From my understanding they go by the total hours they are with you and not by where they pick you up and drop you off.
