What an excellent range of interesting and delicious food experiences, all accompanied by lovely and informative company. Abruzzo is a mine of delicious food specialities and what a great way to get an insider’s view into a few of them!

We had an excellent tour through central Pescara visiting coffee shops, a cheese and meat market and a lovely wine shop. We have spent a lot of time in Pescara, but we were very pleased to find that these shops were all new to us. We would highly recommend this tour. Anna Swann keeps to a small group of 6 maximum so it makes for a more personal and intimate experience with a very knowledgable guide.

Terrific tour the guide and food were amazing we had an amazing time! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and took us to very quaint places.

This is by far one of the best tours we have been on (and we've done a few) if it is a cultural sightseeing tour you want then this is not for you, however if you would like to taste local food and drink local wines and beers then get yourself booked on this tour. Anna is an amazing guide and a food writer as a main job so she knows all the best spots, with 7 stops and multiple foods/drinks on each stop there really is plenty to eat and drink, you will not be disappointed.

A wonderful food tour, which we highly recommend! Anna is a walking culinary encyclopedia ♥️ the tour was cleverly constructed and at the end of the great tastings we were so full (don't think for a moment that because of that we skipped the great fig sorbet at the end of the tour...). We most certainly know now where to buy our cheese, fresh pasta, wine, pizza, ice cream and so much more. Thanks, dear Anna! It was a great pleasure!

We've been to Pescara many times before but we saw and tasted a wide range of new and delicious things.
Anna revealed the true Italian gastronomy and was very knowledgeable and engaging.

Anna was a superb host and showed us some real hidden gems. She was knowledgeable, warm and the food was absolutely delicious! The best thing we did was to book this tour.

This food tour with Anna was absolutely wonderful. Could not have been better. Everything about it suited us quite well. The food choices were top notch and the portions were very generous for a food tour. It was in a very beautiful part of Pescara as well. We very much enjoyed it and feel quite lucky to have found Anna and this tour.

Anna was the fav part of this experience. An experienced tour guide who knows and has experience with the local food, culture and people and is able to communicate effectively is the key to these food tours. Anna was wonderful and made the experience so memorable!

Anna is knowledgeable, friendly and communicates well based on her deep knowledge of the Abruzzo food culture. The tasting are delicious but also provide a great opportunity to learn about life in Abruzzo.

Yes we stayed at the G hotel nearby which had parking but you essentially meet in a giant carpark as the meeting place is outside of the main train station. There is plenty of parking and I don't think it's very expensive.
