What an amazing day… We arrived a little early, but everything was all set up for us. We had a good training session, as none of us had been on a Segway before. Extra attention and care was spent with our son, which was appreciated - but he turned out to be the superstar rider out of us three!
There was a lot of patience, a lot of dialog and highlighting areas on the tour, just an all around amazing experience. SO MUCH FUN, and really, a great value for this personalized ride.
If you’re looking to step into something different and have an adventure - GO FOR IT!

Picked this tour as the smaller segways allowed my 11 year old tp use them but was a little dubious as to what we would experience. Well, that was blown out of the water as soon as we met Reuben at the clearly desugnated meeting place by the Swan Rovwr. Helpful, friendly, and immediately reassuring, we had a well explained practice run before we set off. We went both ways along the riverfront in the time we had. What an excellent way to explore South Bank and the machines are more powerful than what I expected. Enormous fun and would highly recommend.

It was really fun and exciting. The guide was energetic and cheerful, making the whole tour that much more amazing. Highly recommended!

I have wanted to try using a Segway and this seemed an ideal way to give it a go. We brought our student along as well and were not disappointed. The guide was good fun (I think it was Rueben from Tanzania) and swapped our Segways around depending on the speed (our student ended up with the faster one) and ability. Definitely recommend it for a fun outing.

SCAM! Purchased and Booked for a party of 8, over a year ago ($400). Multiple times they have cancelled on us forcasting rain, either on the day or day before.
When trying to reschedule, can't get through via two mobile numbers previously used. One number reissued to someone else.

We enjoyed trying the mini Segways. We have always been on the full size ones on other tours. It was sometimes difficult to hear the guide as we were rolling. He was very kind and informative, but we missed much of it. Maybe a wireless headset set up would be beneficial.

Never left a review before but felt like I had to warn people. Brought a scoopon voucher but for 5 weeks left messages to book the tour for a family of 4 and the guy I spoke to never booked us in or repnded to texts/emails. I put a complaint in to scoopon as they never answered their phone or emails. Finally getting a refund! Would understand if they were fully booked oe had closed due to covid, but they are still currently advertising. I have never had this experience. Surprised they have had good reviews!

This was just great! Myself and my 13,11 and 9 year olds did this today with Reuben and loved every minute. He was so kind, patient and fun, making sure we were comfortable and had a good time. This is a brilliant way to see our beautiful city. Would recommend to anyone. Request Reuben :)

Wow. SCAM ALERT. Arrived for our tour, rang to confirm we were at the right meeting place only to be told tour cancelled due to covid protests - No prior warning and found out this was a lie. No covid protest in botanical gardens. Was suspicious when Reuben pressed me for payment to confirm booking.
Asked for confirmation email twice and then got told wrong time. Has now asked me to never book with his company again as he has zero tolerance for abuse - like I’m ever going to give him a second chance to fleece me. Very unprofessional.
