Suspendieron el tour con poco tiempo
Cancelaron el tour con pocos días de tiempo sin dar una alternativa Era a Belmopan y Blue Hole. Ojo con ellos Pueden dejarte tirado antes de realizar el tour como ha ocurrido conmigo sin dar ninguna explicación

Brilliant day. Excellent host
Fantastic trip! Our guide, Dorian reassured us he would wait while the tender dropped us to the terminal, Dorian managed to squeeze in 3 activities including tubing through the caves, zip lining in the jungle and a visit the ruins at Altun Ha.

Dorian was very knowledgable and an excellent host. Thoroughly recommended!

Great Way to spend the day in Belize!

Our group of nine really enjoyed the Altun Ha and Cave Tubing Tour that Dorian and Paul provided. They were professional, knowledgeable and affable. When our ferry from Ambergris Caye arrived later than expected, they recommended we switch our tour order to avoid the crowds from the cruise ships. They displayed that level of accommodation and flexibility throughout the day. They were intent on ensuring we got our money's worth. Definitely recommend!

Unbelizable!
This was a remarkable experience. We cruised in, got off late, the company reached out to us (even though we were unreachable thanks to the horrible Wi-Fi on the ship) and even waited for us!! We were so thankful they were still available to take us on our journey. Paul was our guide. He was everything and more the other reviewers talk about. He showed us his Belize, we went to Altun Ha, Cave tubing, and stopped at Amigos for lunch it was the most enjoyable day!

Altun Ha/cave tubing excellence!

Our guide, Paul, was very knowledgeable about both the caves that we tubed in and Altun Ha. He also knew to get to the caves before the cruise ship tours arrived. He knew local artists and vouched for them and had a great recommendation for lunch. We had such a good time!

Great Sights and Knowledgeable Guide

Paul was a fantastic guide, and we had a great time on this excursion. Unfortunately, our cave tubing experience was canceled due to weather, but Paul pivoted quickly and we visited the Howler Monkey Reserve which was much better than I anticipated. The monkey climbed down out of the trees and onto our shoulders. We were supposed to do Altun Ha first, but Paul noticed the weather pattern and changed plans so that we were able to accomplish both experiences with little rain. Altun Ha was beautiful. Paul showed us around and discussed the history. We also go to try some Governor's plums. Finally, we stopped at a small restaurant on the way back that was great. I had some stewed chicken, beans, and rice that may have been my favorite meal on the trip.

Didn’t know what to expect

I gotta be honest, I did not know what to expect. I really didn’t believe the reviews as being legitimate but I gotta say that it was all true. I’m not a person who normally leaves a review but I felt compelled to speak highly of our trip. Ellsworth was awesome especially considering how late we got to the port. Please do everything possible to be on the first transport, you will remember me when you rushing all over the place. Ellsworth was super funny and very informative. Always asked ya how we were doing and if we had a great time. The tubing is a once in a lifetime experience so I highly recommend it. This specific tour has you going in two opposite directions so please leave early so you can take your time at the ruins. When we go back we will be requesting Ellsworth to guide us to other awesome adventures!

Best day ever!

My husband, 3 adult children (ages 22-25), and I spent the day with Paul on 5/29/19. We were on the first tender of the morning from our cruise ship as recommended, and went to straight to Altun Ha. He spent the majority of the drive sharing his vast knowledge of historical and current Belizian facts, and the time went by quickly. He timed our arrival so that we missed the big crowds from the cruise ships, and we nearly had the entire ruins site to ourselves. Climbing the ruins is physically demanding, but worth the effort--the views from the top are amazing!! We then headed off to the cave tubing site, which was by far the coolest thing we have ever done as a family--Paul was an excellent guide through the caves, and again very informative along the journey. We stopped for lunch at one of Paul's favorite local spots, the Teaky Tavern (yes, that's how it is spelled), and had great local food at an inexpensive price. We then headed back to the tender dock in Belize City after an incredible day. I highly recommend this tour, and especially this tour guide. We will definitely use Paul again upon our next trip to Belize!

Fantastic Experience!
My family and I had Paul as our guide and he was outstanding. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciated the small size of our group. When we were tubing we were able to observe larger groups which didn't have an intimate feeling like ours. Paul was on time for our pickup and showed us the beauty of Belize. We were not rushed in any way. The caves were amazing and Altun Ha was awe inspiring.

My sister and niece added zip lining after tubing and had a blast. are planning to return and when we do we hope to connect with Paul and have a different adventure. We had the best chicken and beer stop to cap off our day. Highly recommend Private Belize Adventure.

Fun tour and great guide

Going on a private tour is the way to go. Our guide, Ellsworth did a great job. Even better considering that our ship was late in getting us into port.
The cave tubing was so much fun... this is definitely something that you shouldn't miss.
Between Altun Ha and the tubing, Ellsworth filled us in on a lot of Belize history and what life is like in Belize. It was very interesting.
For our lunch, he stopped at this little obscure place on the side of the road. Then he brought out our lunch of chicken and rice in takeout containers. OMG! This was about the BEST chicken that I have ever had, anywhere, in the world! It was so tender and succulant and flavorful. We were really surprised.
The nice thing about this trip is that we got to do two unique things and that type of excursion was not available through Carnival. Most tours have the tubing and zip lining. We can do zip lining most anywhere, but to see Mayan ruins AND do river tubing in one excursion is great.
Also, being a private tour, it was so nice to have just the four of us and the guide and not have to worry about the needs of a bus load of strangers..
