James James James so handsome guide!!! Joined a tour with my friends and our guide James was fantastic , excellent choice of food and humorous jokes , will come back again the next time I visit Singapore 🇸🇬

Darius was an excellent tour guide that took us to the best spots in Katong. Show up with an open mind and try everything, the food is delicious. Darius is also very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the history of Katong and the people living there. Also great value for the tour. Just book it, you will not regret it.

A must do food tour if you’re visiting Singapore.
You are able to taste and learn the cuisine that’s slightly away from the crowded central area.

Excellent experience with Holden.
Many varieties, it provides us with a lot of relevant information and places the selected dishes in their historical context. He makes an effort not only to present us with various dishes but to take us where they were first designed.
Singapore’s diversity is phenomenal and Holden will guide you around Katong.
Do not eat before the “turn” as you will have plenty to get under your tooth.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of the tour led by Holden. Holden was knowledgeable, humourous and sensitive to our needs. He brought us to different places to try local snacks, and also shared with us places around with historical significance. I would highly recommend this tour to those who want to know about Katong and the yummy snacks/food there.

Our guide, Holden, is very knowledgeable & dedicated. He not only introduces us to the different ethnic foods but also gave us some old Singapore background. He also set us on ease with his humorous tales!

Darius was standout- the most thoughtful and considerate tour guide. He listened so carefully to what my interests were and what I’d already tried and kept adjusting our tour accordingly, so I could have unique, delicious experiences. Which I absolutely did. Not only that, Darius knows so so much about Singapore history and about its culture- old and new. He is completely delightful, so generous, so warm- it was like being shown around by a very wise friend. He’s also a crazy Asian- loved the sneaky Milo and the sardine curry puff!!! He even walked me back to the station and gave me all sorts of advice in where to shop, etc, thank you so much, Darius, you took the very very best care of me from the beginning to the end!!!!

I’ve always loved the food when I visit Singapore, especially hawker stalls, hole-in-the wall places, mom-and-pop establishments, and amazing ethnic opportunities. Taking this afternoon food tour from Zaniel was a great opportunity for me to experience all of these and more! I really enjoyed Zaniel’s passion and knowledge of Katong and its history, culture, and food! I absolutely loved this area of Singapore (I’ve spent months total in SIN and never paid much attention to this neighborhood). It’s full of wonderful small restaurants, bars, small independently owned shops, pop up flea markets, pet shops, and so much more. I loved everything about this tour and it definitely inspired me to return to Katong on my next visit!

This was a great food and history tour, Zaniel was a top guide. He was easy to chat with, very knowledgeable about the Katong area, Singaporean history and the local food. There was a lot of variety in the foods my favourite was the curry puffs. After doing this tour I feel even more welcome in Singapore and world cultured Would 100% recommend it.
