First of all, our company deals with transport, having as its object excursions to Rome. Offices that sell entry tickets to monuments do not belong to our business. When customers ask us for advice on how to purchase these tickets, we suggest buying them at an agency that allows them to jump in line. If there are any mishaps and if the agency is full of buyers, we do not have any responsibility. We do the courtesy of tourists to accompany them there to buy them but it is not in our power to control those offices that have an activity different from ours! When you contacted me to tell me that you were very sorry to have lost a lot of time for visiting the Vatican, which did not allow you to see Piazza di Spagna (even though you had visited all the other monuments) I told you that in the future if you had returned, I would have certainly shown you along with many other things that Rome offers, that in a single day, the cruise ship can not see everything! Also to meet your discomfort, I have also promised you a discount for the future, even if, again for once, we have no responsibility If you spend a lot of time visiting a monument!
