There are no more tents set up on the beach for massages. Due to licensing there is now a temporary structure with massages. We paid $35 for an hour. Still a great massage feeling the Sea breeze. Not like it was though.

After seeing all the great reviews, I was excited to take a stroll down the beach from our resort (Riu Santa Fe) to visit Betys. After walking 12 to 15 minutes in the hot deepish sand I arrived...only to find out that Betys was no longer there. A local advised me that Betys and 3 other massage vendors were forced to leave because they didn't have a licence to set up shop at Medano beach...or something like that. There was one massage vendor left, but their rates started at $30 US for 30 minutes. I'm giving you 5 stars because I'm required to rate you for this review and don't want to give negative feedback for a massage I never received. Bety, what happened...where are you now?

We feel so grateful to have found Bety's massage this week while they are here in Todos Santos on San Pedrito beach for the month. We have been back already and will again because it is rare to find such good, deep tissue massages with presence, skill and wonderful healing touch. And these professional therapists have the nicest office I've ever seen! Listen to the waves, feel the cool ocean breeze and give yourselves to their healing hands. They are the best!

Massages are done on massage tables lined up in rows underneath a large tent so it's nothing fancy but totally worth it for the price you pay. I got a 90-minute massage from Jamilet and she was fantastic and very professional. They have little baskets to store your personal belongings. Overall, highly recommended if you need a little relaxation.

the therapists here are professional and really great! went twice during the trip not only because of the price, but because it was an excellent massage.

With the sound of the waves gently washing the beach in the background you will get a great 90 minutes message at a fantastic price. The quick walk on the beach from most of the Medano Beach Resorts is well worth the effort. Go early during your stay so you have the opportunity to go more times. This should be a part of your daily routine while you visit Cabo.

Went to Bety's on the beach and had an excellent massage by Victoria. The massage was very relaxing and Victoria got to all my problem spots and worked them until they were gone. I can't wait to go back to Cabo in October and have another massage by Victoria.

If you walk down the beach about 200 yards to the left of Pueblo Bonito Rosa resort you find Bety's Massage. We had 70-minute massages for $20. The massages were great and very relaxing.

My girlfriend and I love massages and beach messages are a must when we go away on vacation.
Last week we attended a destination wedding at the Riu Palace in Cabo San Lucas. The second day there we walked down the beach to where 5 or 6 massage tents are set up. We went to the furthers tent, can’t remember the name, and had an ok beach message. Not great but good for a 90 minute massage for $20 USD. While walking back we stopped at “Betsy’s”, the first message tent which we had read about online. We booked another 90 minute/$20 message for two day from then. At Betsy’s I got a masseuse named Maggie and my friend got Mary. My friend Sue likes as hard a massage as one can handle while I prefer a light relaxation message. Both of us got exactly what we wanted. Mary had Sue almost in tears while Maggie had me so relaxed I floated back up the beach to the Riu. As soon as we were finished and back together on the beach we both agreed that we wanted another message before the end of our vacation and booked it for two days from then. I got Maggie again, I’m not sure of Sue’s masseuse’s name but once again the messages were wonderful. Mine even better then the first.
If your into beach messages, do yourself a favour and take the time to walk up the beach and enjoy a fabulous 90 minute massage at Betsy’s tent. Ask for Maggie, you won’t be disappointed.

Our third trip to Los Cabos and our third time getting massages at this wonderful establishment. Located in a tent on the beach about 500 steps from the Pueblo Bonito Rose hotel. (Turn left as you enter the beach from the pool area).
In addition to the massages being wonderful, the price, $20 plus tip for 90 minutes, is incredible.
Three years ago they were alone on the beach, this year several other tents have popped up but I can't believe they could be any better.
We did two massages this trip, Lety was fantastic.
My daughter has chronic back discomfort and hasn't felt so good in a long time.
It's a big open tent with about 20 tables so not much privacy, but it's the beach so who cares?
I highly recommend them.

No. Barcelo is in San Jose del Cabo, about 20 miles from Cabo San Lucas. Bety's has two massage tents on Medano Beach between Tabasco Bar & Restaurant and Villa del Arco resort.
If you want massage suggestions in San Jose del Cabo, I recommend posting on that forum.

I wanted to see if 3 female massage therapists that can come to our hotel and do massages. Also what is the price for a 60-minute or 90-minute in room hotel massage. I look forward to hearing back from you soon!
