Magical cove, beautiful beach and setting with some of the best sunsets known.
We’ve been here 6 times and make a conscious effort to visit it every time we come to Newquay.
We love it so much, we’ve chosen it as our venue for when we get married.

We got married at the beautiful Lusty in September and I don’t think we’ll ever get over how perfect it was.
The most beautiful setting and such incredible staff who worked so hard to make the day seamless from start to finish! Our hopes for the wedding was that it would be relaxed, fun and happy and they made it just that! Thank you Lusty wedding team (and big shout out to Faye, Ben, Nicole and Naomi) we love you!

We visited out of season, so it was pretty quiet when we went. But that just made it even more special. It was like having our own private beach and restaurant.
Very peaceful, relaxing and great to have some music to listen to whilst relaxing on the beach. It felt like we was relaxing in Ibiza!
Inside was beautiful and relaxing. Very dog friendly too. Our dog loved it. Staff were all pleasant and friendly.
Some steep steps to get down from the top to the beach, so if you have mobility needs, this may be an issue for you if you visit
Very peaceful, relaxing and great to have some music to listen to whilst relaxing on the beach. It felt like we was relaxing in Ibiza!

Me, my husband and dog visited for the Wednesday Sundowner session. It was a spur of the moment and I’m so glad we went. The vibe, beach and food was amazing. To sit listening to the amazing live music, watching the sunset, with a cold glass of something alcoholic and delicious pizza,is what we call a perfect evening. Love that it is dog friendly, our pup was tuckered out after a day of walking so happily sat on us and went to sleep. Would definitely recommend and we shall return during our next holiday.

I did not find this either lusty or glazed, but I really liked it. The resturant / bar set the right tone. The resturants were available. The beach was good. The cove did not keep thhe wind off at all. I liked it that they did hot chocolate in the bar.

Where do i start.. Lusty glaze gave us the most amazing wedding day and more than we could ever dream of in early may this year.
Wedding coordinators faye and Naomi were incredible from the start - always quick to respond to emails and guiding us through every process with lots of tips. Our initial accommodation cancelled on us at the last minute, lusty accomodated us at the wonderful cottage and chalet for the whole week after the wedding - we were so happy and i'm glad we did this, during our time we met the wonderful staff and of course the gorgeous resident spaniel chewie.
We had exclusive hire of the beach and hired the pods for our guests. We got married on the beach just- WOW! It was wonderful walking towards the beach and there was an audience from the top of the steps - what a feeling!
From the fabulous bar staff to the wonderful cleaning lady, the people of lusty catered for every need and went the extra mile for any requirement we had.
On our wedding day everything was incredibly organised, the venue was decorated beautifully by faye, the florist and staff. The food was delicious and We had the most stunning sunset for our photographs.
Faye coordinated perfectly with no pressure gently guiding us throughout the day. A special shout out to her - shes such a beautiful kind soul inside and out. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Lusty glaze you will always hold a special place in our hearts, alot of our friends said "it was the best wedding they had ever been too" We cant boast enough about our fabulous day and how lucky we were.
We cant wait to come back and celebrate our anniversary ♥️

We booked Lusty Glaze bleach for our intimate wedding. We had the PERFECT day, they team Faye and Naomi were helpful throughout the process, the venue was dreamy. The beach is clean and very well kept. The catering company they used provided an excellent BBQ lunch and fish and chips for the evening food (there is a menu with options). Nothing we would change. Thank you team Lusty :) the JJ's. xxx

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is a really cool spot .Lovely beach and beach bar . Bar is family friendly and does quality pizza for when your finished running round the beach. Just a really good chilled vibe here perfect spot to spend a sunny day.Staff were brilliant aswell

Beautiful beach with a really lovely beach bar. If the sun is shining you really can’t beat this place! Dog friendly and the staff are really welcoming.

I'm afraid I so depending on tide times in which case you may be able to walk around from the neighbouring beach (but didn't go there so not sure how that's accessed) there is a cliff out crop at high tide that prevents this but if tides out you may be able to come and go that way

Hi Bevk. Unfortunately our only access is via the 133 steps. However, the steps are sectioned into platforms of approx 10-15 steps meaning there is a little resting spot at regular intervals. For guests attending weddings etc we do have alternative solutions. Please drop us an email or give us a call and we would be very happy to chat things through with you.

If the weather is lovely, yes - either the Headland or Fistral but in the rain definitely go for a cab!
