Booked a rib ride which did not happen. One rib broke down, if it did, then ok fair enough, but they were still supposed to come in the second rib, so we waited and waited and after 45 minutes phoned them to find out where the were. By an amazing coincidence the second rib had broken down as well, but they could not be bothered to tell us. Did it really break down? The weather that was ok, too, and before they winge that I do not know what I am talking about, all I have done is just give the facts, oh and I am a powerboat instructor so I know about sea conditions and if I drove RIBS that broke down like that I would being asking some serious questions. Or maybe they just could not be bothered...
