Данное турагентство устраивало нам в тур в Версаль. В принципе мы остались всем довольны, экскурсовод был грамотным и интересным человеком, нареканий у нас не возникло.

If you know how to read a map and have travel before, DO NOT book this tour. None of them. If you booked them through the internet like I did, they may give you different providers for each tour (i booked two tours at the same time). Big mistake! All of them are a piece of ...... They are a bunch of liars. Super bad experience. The are choffers. They offer no information. You have to go to them, and they will just drop u at the attraction voilà, the French called that a tour. They are rude and have no time. They know slim to none about any attraction. You are better reading Frommers. Just Google it! Do not use this or any tour, save your money and trouble.

I visited Versailles and the chateaux de la loire with this company and I loved it! The tour was well organized and our guide was very nice, telling us the stories about the monuments and places we passed with the bus. Our visit was long enough to see everything calmly and take a lot of beatiful pictures! I loved and I'd do it again!

Fiz a visita a Versailles e aos Chateaux de la Loire e todas foram muito boas! Foi realmente uma ótima experiência!

I don't usually write reviews, much less negative ones. We signed up for a half day, 5 hour tour of Giverny. However, this "tour" at 50 euro/person was really just a bus ride to and from Giverny. First we had to drive to Versailles to drop people off. By the time we got to Giverny we had only one hour to view the gardens and Monet House. There was no information from the tour leader during the bus ride except where to meet the bus to come back to Paris and he did not accompany us inside the grounds. Coming home, we once again had to pick up people at Versailles. It turns out you can get there pretty easily on your own and arrange a tour online at the Giverny official,website. Or just enjoy the property on your own and take enough time to do it. One hour is not enough! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Me and my husband used this company for a recent tour to giverny, and we loved it. Everything was well organized and our guide alya was very kind, and she was able to speak many languages. We really appreciated our day in monet's house and garden and also the museum and the cofees around. Perfect day.

We had a very good experience with this company. We went to versailles and everything was fine, people were very kind and helpful. A very good price for a excelent service. We totally recommend it.

My family and I used this tour company for an afternoon trip to Versailles. The experience was absolutely terrible. Our "tour guide" (she did not provide us with any information or tour at all) was very rude and unprofessional. She would make fun of customers and get very angry when asked a simple question. Whenever we asked her a question she would reply "I already told you". This was often times NOT the case and even if she had told us she should have been pleasant and clarified the answer, as it is her job. A couple with a young child was in our group and when returning home they asked her how much longer she thought the ride back to Paris would be. She laughed in their face and told them she did not know. After they returned back to their seats she started to rudely make fun of them with the driver. She also talked on her cell phone very loudly on the bus which was very obnoxious and unprofessional. We definitely wish we did not go with this tour company!

Fcom is not at 11 Avenue De L'opera Paris France & cause us a lot of Frustration as this was address given to us from Isango & this can be confirmed by looking at the Photo (top right hand Corner) & Both refuse to refund any money we prepaid for a tour
