Indeed, the high level of the Seine river forced us to modify our usual pathway, causing the boat to avoid the historical center of Paris. The new pathway was posted in the lines before boarding and our team informed every passenger of those changes before embarking and at the cash desk. We also mentioned on our website that “ Due to the Seine River flood, our cruises itineraries are modified. The boats cannot go to the historical center of Paris towards the monuments. Those pathways can be modified at any time depending on the level of the water.
All companies on the Seine River are affected by the flood, but depending on the height of the boat we aren’t affected at the same time, or the same way.
We understand, you felt disappointed by the pathway which was proposed to you. We offer to all of our clients different choices, either to do the cruise as it is, or to postpone it (we can extend the validity of the tickets id needed). If you choose to do the cruise, we can’t proceed to a refund afterward.
