This is the worst place I was during my stay in Bucharest, the staff is very unpleasant, lacks respect for customers, the room is in a very humid basement and the prices are excessively expensive, compared to other VR gaming in Bucharest, I do not advise you at all

Hello Louis, thank you for your review. I'm surprised to see this kind of feedback as we have hundreds of 5 stars reviews and our staff do not treat any visitors differently. Instead, I'm happy to review your behavior. You came in, provided an invalid Covid19 regulation green pass, and when informed proceeded to yell and swear at our team, became violent, and refused to communicate in a reasonable manner. To top it off, you decided to come here and vent your frustration through lies. We wish you all the best and reasons to be a little happier! :)

It was my first experience, i didn't know what to expect but it was a surprise! We tried the one where you shoot robots and roller coasters....super fun!
I recommend to try it to everyone

Great Fun!
An amazing experience. I visited with my 7 year old twins, they were probably at the younger end of the suitable age group but LOVED it!!The games were fun, location good, a reasonable price and the host Alexandra was superb and could not do enough to help my children have a great time! Would highly recommend

Great atmosphere, great games and best of all, very kind and helpful staff. The selection of games is very good and you have all the best games for VR directly from Steam. Highly recommend!

A very fun and interesting experience.

I had a great time at my visit to Gateway VR. It was the first time for me using a VR headset but the experience was totally fun and accessible. The staff was very friendly, they instructed me on how to use the equipment and helped me with any other question or when I was in need of assistance. The place is well equipped and it's kept clean alongside with the gear that is cleaned after every use. The VR experience was super fun and immersive. I recommend it to anyone that hasn't tried it and is looking for a fun activity.

Awesome VR with wide selection and incredible setup

Varied and wide selection of games and devices with great service, space and experiences!

As avid VR players (both of us have Quest 2 already) we came for an escape room and were not disappointing with the choices available, most notably the Ubisoft ones and had a great time.
I wish we had more time, we would've done even more!

The personnel was very friendly and understanding. When you enter the location, you are automatically teleported to a place that seems to be out of this world. I felt like I was in the year 3200, and I parked my flying car on the roof. Over all, I recommend it at least 100% for the professionalism they have proven and for the high-tech. Great games also!!!!! IT IS A MUST IF YOU ARE IN BUCHAREST!

Escape Room - next level

We love escape room games and wanted to try them in VR too. We chose Escape The Lost Pyramid since it was an entry-level room and the experience was very realistic and super fun. Since we escaped fast, the host let us play another VR archery game to fill the remaining time :)

Thank you for the experience, will surely come back to try the other games too!

Super experienta, personalul foarte amabil! Am fost prima data la asa ceva, cel mai mult mi-a placut joculetul cu shooter din zbor :D (m-a cam luat cu ameteala... ;) )
EN: I really enjoy the experience with my son - to celebrate in a special way his birthday too :D (I went for yhe first time in such place (I am 45 yo though ... ;) ) - but we really enjoy the virtual Experience :D
