Great fun, thoroughly enjoyed by all four of us and we would love to do it again! The guys running the trip were so friendly and made for a really great experience.

Queuing for this seemed shambolic as the person organising queue was being over run / not listened to by a large group who couldn't make up mind if they wanted fast trip or slow trip.
Got on board for a wonderful trip, crew were pleasant and we had a nice commentary as they took us out to needles and back.
Felt it was good value for money, only marred by disorganised queuing and control of queue.

Well, that was exciting! You have two choices with the boats the more pleasure cruise type boat or the bright yellow speed boat, well it HAD to be the speed boat! After donning our super snazzy life jackets we climbed aboard. You sit astride your seat with a handle to hang on to to keep you steady as the boat whips over the waves to the needles. Super fun, very windy and in my mind could have gone faster, but that's just me lol, not sure my fellow passengers felt the same. We went out to the needles round to the cliffs on the other side of the needles then back to the other side of the needles and light house where we slowed down to get a better look and take pictures. You also got a lovely view of the alum bay sand cliffs from the sea as you came back in. Well worth doing, it was lots of fun.

Exhilarating fast rib boat - hold on to your hats - it’s very fast! Great skipper and fun way to see the lighthouse - very memorable!

Lovely informative cruise around, really enjoyed it ! We had to queue, but it was well worth it, you see things you can’t see from standing on the beach, would recommend to all!

In beautiful weather, what better than to spend a 30 minute boat tour (dogs allowed too) around the crystal clear waters of the Needles for £8!
It was a lovely thing to do. Staff are friendly, professional and there’s a commentary too. You get to see this magnificent landmark close up!
We wanted to go on the speedboat version, which for £15 did the journey in 20 minutes, but alas, dogs are not allowed.
Nevertheless, still a five-star review.

Fast jet boat ride is fabulous fun and really exciting, it lasts about 15 minutes including a pause for photos by the lighthouse. It is very bumpy so not recommended if you are delicate or have a bad back. Good safety briefing and nice staff. It’s not cheap at £15each but it was well worth it.

Great experience for the whole family, and fantastic to get up close to the Needles and the coloured cliffs. Informative commentary with great banter. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was only when we got to the Needles Landmark Attraction, by the Island Coaster bus, early and queued for the chair lift that we noticed a board saying that because of the weather and for operational reasons the trips were cancelled.

Great experience and definitely worth the money. It was a beautiful day, so pleased we decided to have a little boat ride! The view was incredible and crew were really lovely and friendly. Definitely made the needles experience!

Sorry I can't answer your question as we couldn't do the cruise due to weather conditions. I suggest you contact the company for that.

Would be abit difficult as you need to get down the cliff on a chairlift, the boat did have a ramp but its accessing the lift that would be a problem.

Sorry for the late reply. There are ramps at the bottom of the chair lift, but you would have to negotiate the pebble beach, to get to the boat. There is a narrow walkway to the boat, very narrow, not sure if it would accommodate the width of a wheelchair.
