DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SEND YOUR JEWELRY ONCE IT IS MADE! My 73 yr old sister ordered a ring to be made for her and PAID IN FULL, in advance. She was suppose to receive the ring in 8 weeks and it has now been 6 MONTHS! The designer keeps giving us the run-around and the owner simply won’t return calls. Stressful, to say the least.

I strolled in looking for a birthday gift. I spotted saand-blasted stemless martini glasses, each showing a moose, elk, bison, bear, or cowboy image. Fair prices, excellent wrapping for travel home. As a courtesy, the clerk also cleaned my diamond rings at no charge.

I knew I would like some jewelry when my husband and I visited Jackson and the Grand Tetons this September, 2018. So, with that in mind, I researched a few and was very impressed with the offerings of Hines Goldsmiths on Center St. in Jackson. I was not disappointed with this beautiful store and my experience there.
The size of my special Teton ring turned out to be too big, but I believe that was due to the fact that I had just arrived.Adjusting to various altitudes made my fingers swell.
No problem!! Carolyn, the owner re measured my ring finger the following day and found an exact match in the now correct size.
While waiting in the store that day, my husband and I talked with Tom who showed us various wine and liquor glasses.He was professional and knowledgeable. What perfect souvenirs!!
These arrived extremely well wrapped in bubble wrap and sheets of tissue. Somebody knows how to ship delicate items.
Definitely visit this store; you can find unique items that will enhance your memories of the Grand Tetons!

If someone wants quality jewelry in Jackson, stop by. Goldsmiths on location who create all these beautiful items. Also beautiful engraved glass and crystal products.

I had been eye-balling the gold "diamond over the Tetons" men's ring every time we visited JH for the past five years; but never pulled the trigger and bought it. Guess my wife got tired of me saying how much I liked and surprised me with it for valentines day. She's a "good ole girl"; think I'll keep her.......

Always go here when I'm in Jackson as it has such beautiful and unusual pieces of jewellery and glassware. Keep hoping that I'll get a discount as I share a surname, but no luck so far. Staff are really knowledgeable and helpful even though I couldn't afford most of the stuff they have. Will come back again when I've won the lottery!!

We bought some etched shot glasses there for our bar at home. They were etched with local wildlife and we enjoy having an occasional shot of bourbon and remembering our trip.
