Cannot believe this shop was under my nose the whole time! Very NOLA, very cool - dark and witchy and interesting. I enjoyed looking around and I think the souvenira I purchased will be a hit too!

Monique was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and excellent personality!!! Wonderful atmosphere and Norma is great, but you gotta visit to meet her.

The most unique place I have found in the French Quarter. This place is what I think of when I think of New Orleans. I will be back.

This is NOT an art gallery. Very deceptive description of this shop. It's a cheap trinket shop with bad taxidermy and souvenirs

"Hello there! In response to your message, I'd like to clarify that it seems unlikely that you, Matt, have ever visited The Shop. Our online listing went live last night, while we were closed, and your review was already posted before I woke up this morning. I want to take this opportunity to let you know that we have the work of several talented artists in our store, and in addition, I create what you may refer to as "bad" taxidermy on-site. I understand that our artistic styles may not be to your taste, but I take pride in my work nonetheless.
I would like to address your comment about our store being a "cheap trinket shop." I am offended by this statement, as it is simply not true. We offer a variety of unique, high-quality items made with care and attention to detail. We are passionate about what we do, and we strive to create an environment that is welcoming and inclusive to all who enter our store.
