The reception at the checkout is mediocre...at 3:15 p.m. after a day of skiing no refreshments open so we stop at the Jorasse restaurant, the dishonest staff tells us in English that it is closed while at 12:00 p.m. they were speaking in French. DAMAGE for Valais to believe that they have earned enough money. SAD...

A little expensive without the magic pass (61fr) for the few slopes but we are sure to have good snow cover. Trails for all levels. Outside of holidays not too many people

Small resort, we quickly toured the ski area but the slopes and facilities are great. Aside from the plates which are endless and no longer too topical. On the other hand, a serious effort, or even training for reception, would be required. At the checkout when arriving, the person was unfriendly and bordering on rude, not even a hello! Not nice at all, really feels like a nuisance! When you pay 54.- for half a day, you can smile, say hello and wish you a good day. As for the ski patrollers at the end of the day, we took our time to go down, apparently the last ones on the slopes, the ski patroller comes towards us and asks us the stupid question, in a more than limited tone "where are you from? » What do you want to answer to that? It’s a shame that we take customers for fools, fortunately there are other resorts in Valais.

Leave your skis in the paid overnight storage. The next day the children's ski cues were stolen. Only one indoor restaurant at high altitude; quantity but no quality. We took a walk in the area closed to skiers, but no one respected the rules. At the spa, half of the people don't shower before entering and the structure needs a renovation. Irresponsible, arrogant and aggressive skiers on the slopes. Never seen anything like it in Switzerland.
For the rest, if you have to go as a couple or friends it's fine, but if you go with children I don't recommend it. There is nothing to do in the country; they are just tourist houses built around a single grocery store - coop - spartan and with little parking.

Despite its modest size, Ovronnaz is a gem for skiers. In just a week, one can explore its hidden treasures. Its outstanding snow conditions pave the way for breathtaking and accessible freeride adventures. Ending the day with a relaxing dip in its thermal baths is pure bliss. Truly a winter paradise!

OK for a day but there are basically only 4 red runs that are full of groups from the Swiss ski school. There are two blues, one really small one and one which is mostly a track. The blacks are not real blacks on any of the days I have visited over the last 20 years. The queue to get the top button drag was so long today we didnt even waste our time.
So its OK for a day ski with a visit to the baths but dont book for more than 2 days, unless you are there with kids in a Swiss ski school group!
By the way - to all the staff working on the lifts, the Covid face mask rules apply to you too! Hardly any were wearing their face mask properly covering their nose; but were happy to complain rudely to those paying clients who had forgotten to put theirs on.

Descente en trottinette:
super activité estivale, engin stable même à petite vitesse en êtant débutant.Cadre magnifique.
Dommage que l'accueuil ne soit pas en accord:
la demoiselle qui donne le matériel: pas de bonjour, pas d'info. A l'arrivée idem: "posez les là" pas de "ça a été" ou de "merci" ou"au revoir". C'est dans ce genre de situation qu'on a honte d'être Suisse, dans les pays limitrophes l'accueuil et le sourire sont toujours au rendez--vous.A noter que nous étions 6.
