The bartender course exceeded my expectations! I entered without knowing almost anything and, throughout the classes, I realized how much I had evolved. The school has a great operation, with skilled teachers, quality material and a very pleasant environment to learn. The experience was amazing, I learned essential techniques and I feel much more confident to act in the field. I recommend it to anyone who wants to professionalize!

From now on I want to thank all the trainers for the excellent work, especially I want to thank João Rodrigues for all the readiness he always had to remove doubts and help each one of us. My experience in the cocktail team was one month of training in the Premium Barman course. I came to this course with the aim of deepening my knowledge and improving my bar techniques. This goal was achieved, thanks to this excellent team. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and a big thank you to Hugo Silva and Lúcia Encarnação for having started this project of excellence.
To all those who want to come to learn more about bar or even deepen their knowledge, do not hesitate, they will be welcomed with all affection and dedication and will be accompanied by professionals of excellence.

I met a lot of people, acquaintances of the area and newcomers like me. It was an incredible experience. Very professional instructors and I learned a lot in this course.
