Jewel Punta Cana

This is my fourth visit to this resort. Twice as Dreams and twice since it was sold. There has been improvements such as new pool chairs with pads, new chairs and tables at the La Terraza outside bar. The lobby furnitures have been recoveres also. Everything is crisp and eye appealing. FOOD: excellent. Breakfast and lunch Coral Market Buffet the fried eggplant is the best I ever had along with the omelets and cinnimon rolls. Frank and Mara service outstanding. Snacks: Court Jester pizza, nachos. There is also a hot dog and hamburger grill by pool. There was three resturants open in evenings we ate twice at Two Palms beef steaks etc I had sirloin along with avacado mango salad then there is the Sea Grill seafood exellent, Moonstone by Sophia italian excellent ravioli stuffed with spinach. French closed and Jade we didnt eat there. ROOMS: there are nine buildings we were in bkdg 8 8125 ground floor it is close to main bldg and easy walk to all resturants BEACH: no seaweed three days storm brewing next day lots of seaweed this goes with nature hotel has no control they try and scoop it up. POOL: excellent large but not deep suggestion bring a float or buy on there. Also our pool waitress, Maribel always bring our coke zero and others drinks we love her too ENTERTAINMENT: Vibe team is the best my favorite is Tirson who is the most entertaining. He makes all guests feel special young and old couples or singles. Tirson is funny and shows everyone a good time from water exercise to dance lessons, bingo, egg toss he is everywhere. I would like to recognize Angel for his great night time shows also my dance partners at the La Terraza Luiz, Jose Manuel, Ramon and even Anthony. I come to DR and the Jewel for the sun, beach and to enjoy my hobby latin dancing which I do each night. I love thus resort and all the people who work so hard to ensure I have an excellent holiday. I will be returning again in the future it is not good bye it is see you again.…

Vacaciones en pareja

Hotel muy cómodo y con excelente atención, grupo de animación con excelente show (Tiraron-Chocolate siempre alegre) Altamente recomendable... La piscina muy limpia además de una playa muy hermosa con actividades como cayak, catamarán, paddle. Servicio en general muy bueno.

I’ve been here for the past couple days with my friends and it’s been an amazing experience. We had one server at the Buffet named Indhira that treated us well and took good care of us everyday. She has a very good personality and is quick on her feet to refill your drinks and take your plates when you’re done. I highly recommend her if you ever stay at the Jewel Palm beach.

Experience at Jewel Punta Cana

We had a great time. The value was incredible and the staff could not have been nicer. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room and resort were clean and nice. It was also great to be able to try a new restaurant every night:

Wellness to the Max.

I think there's only one word that cab the describe our experience at the Jewel Punta Cana Resort, supercalifragilistic expialidocious, yes it was that great. From the moment we arrived at the hotel lobby and one of the attendants came immediately to help me get out of the vehicle. He stayed by my side until the driver got me my walker. Another employee got our bags and the supervisor was getting all my paperwork ready. The main adjective that I can use is FANTASTIC. Every employee I ran into during my stay at the hotel greeted me as a long time friend. They all had a special salute where they take their right arm and they put it on their heart as if yto say, "this greeting " comes from the heart. The whole experience was great. The room was spotless and had a very faint Clorox smell, which means they really cleaned them up. Then we went to eat at the Coral Market. I have never seen such a great buffet. Not only on size but also on taste. Kudos to the kitchen staff they really went out of their way to make a truly masterpiece. We went walking around the resort and we kept getting the special salute. That blew my mind. That night we went to eat at the SEA GRILL BAR. I'm not a seafood lover but the best Tuna I've ever tried was the tuna platter I had in there, and that's saying something sine that came right after I had the best Fish soup I ever had. Next day we wanted to go sightseeing around the area who came early and took us all day on a fantastic of the tourist area, He stayed with us the whole day and we had a great time. I could go on for hours but from the Operations Manager down to the newest employee on the payroll they all do their very best and they go out of their way to get you what you need. They live to serve the guests and they show it. On another note I sang in my first ever karaoke night and it was great. The next morning a lot of the employees that saw me "murdering" a great song came up to me and saluted me and said that I has been great the night before. My conclusion is that I will return to the JEWEL PUNTA CANA Resort. Thank you for a great vacation…
