Stayed here for week. While some staff are very pleasant, others are vey unfriendly and not helpful. I asked about a laundry service and was just told " we don not do that here" Not showing concern or suggesting how I can get my laundry done was off-putting. If you intend on streaming any kind of videos/movies you will need to pay for proper WIFI. During my stay there was an internet outage on two occasions even for the wifi I payed for. After about an hour waiting for it to return I had to go down to front desk and complain. They was unaware of the issue and asked me to make the call to the service center get it fixed. :o The rooms are not noise free as well. You hear footsteps (wooden floor) and doors slamming all hours of the morning. What is great is their proximity to the hotel. For a short overnight stay, won't be too bad. But expect some things to be sub- standard.…
We were in a room near reception so we could hear doors opening and closing until after midnight. The room was extremely hot and we couldn’t leave the window open as we were on the ground floor. We booked the restaurant next door for dinner. Half of the items from the menu were unavailable and the manageress was less than apologetic. Breakfast was much better. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again and it’s definitely not one of the best stays we’ve had at a Premier Inn.
We stayed at this hotel on Saturday 23rd October for 1 night. Within 10 minutes of checking in a bottle of water had leaked in the travel bag which was put on the Double bed. Making the duvet and mattress soaking wet. I asked Anne on Reception if another room was available but the hotel was fully booked. Anne straight away provided extra towels and bedding. At first Anne could only find a single duvet. After we returned from dinner Anne confirmed she managed to find another double duvet. I would like to 'Thank' Anne for her 'Excellent Customer Service'. Nothing was too much trouble.
Always a comfy bed, but if you're looking for Premier Inn's headline quiet night's sleep, this is not the place for you. The shower was very poor, and the lack of room service because of COVID is getting a little tiresome!
We stayed at this hotel and we will most definitely be back as it was great. The checkin was smooth and the lady behind the desk very welcoming even though she had been dealing with an extremely rude customer in front of us. Our room was on the ground floor and was excellent, clean with a lovely large bathroom. My husband and I slept really well as the room was so comfortable.
