We were charged 3x for a one night stay due to a technical error in their website. ‘Manager” never returned our calls. Staff stated she works at different hotels and is always busy. Front desk assured us everything was fixed upon check in, but the charges were never dropped. Now they claim that it is our fault and they refuse to refund. We also booked a room with that is accessible because we were traveling with a baby. The room was not cleaned by housekeeping and we ended up moving three times while carrying all our stuff up stairs. They do not have an elevator. Worst hotel experience to date. They ruined our holiday.
We were charged 3x due to a technical error while reserving in their website. They only refunded us for one night and claims it was our fault. Not to mention, they had to move us to three different rooms because they were not cleaned. We originally booked a room with accessibility due to traveling with a baby; they do not have an elevator. We ended up having to carry our stroller and car seat. Numerous phone calls were made to both of their numbers listed in their website but no one answers most of the time. The manager is also hard to contact. I was constantly told my staff that she works multiple hotels so she never has time.
After traveling 7 hours, we found out we got to our intended hotel destination a day early. We had to scrambled to find a place for the night. The Hometown Inn was the closest with availability. The guy at the desk was nice, but that was the best part of the stay. The room was dirty and gross...the worst of which was the bathroom (see pics). They saved our tuchus’ but would only stay again if it was an emergency!
