Durmitor National Park has been on the UNESCO list of World Natural and Cultural Heritage since 1980. The National Park includes the Durmitor mountain massif, the canyons of the Tara, Draga, Sušice rivers and the highest part of the Komarnica canyon valley, from which numerous mountain peaks rise, 48 of which are over 2,000 meters above sea level. The highest peak is Bobot's hip, 2,525 meters above sea level.
