I was lucky enough to come to your hotel this week to officiate a ceremony for some of your guests.
I would like to thank the staff on the 3rd floor who looked after the guests: Joyce and Daylia.
Their attention was excellent and Joyce, who was in charge, could not have done more. She was a refreshing presence in a complicated world and made me feel hopeful for our visitors in Mallorca. Too often staff don't seem very happy in their work, but to see Joyce and Daylia and their colleagues was to see employees who are very happy in their work! They deserve congratulations for creating an environment in which everyone thrives.

Su atención fue excelente y Joyce, que era la encargada, no podría haber hecho más. Ella fue una presencia refrescante en un mundo complicado y me hizo sentir esperanzada por nuestros visitantes en Mallorca. ¡Con demasiada frecuencia el personal no parece muy feliz en su trabajo, pero ver a Joyce y Daylia y a sus colegas fue ver a empleados que son muy felices en su trabajo!
