We truly value the opinions of you as our customers and we apologize that we did not meet your expectations.
Our receptionists speak several languages, such as english, german, czech, slovak, russian - but we do not have spanish speaking staff members. There are several travel agents or web pages that translate our content in languages like sapnish, portuguese, polish, chinese, korean, arabic - but that does not automatically mean we all speak those languages. The other thing is, the person speaking foreign language might be on the opposite shift therefore might not be present during your exact check-in time.
Your reservation was done through Expedia on Room only basis and we do not manage the web site Expedia runs in spanish nor we are able to manage other translated web sites from our partners who are selling the accommodation.
Breakfast can be arranged in advance for 10 EUR which is very fair price considering the buffet offering and taking into consideration prices in hotels nearby, where you have breakfasts pries from 15 up to 35 EUR. You have received information prior your arrival on the prices and it is your choice whether to use the services or not. We are sorry that you judge the breakfast cost based only on a feeling rather than experience.
We are not sure why you consider the overall satisfaction based on these two complains to only 40% and we apologize for that once again.
