If these reviews aren’t 100% honest then this doesn’t help anyone. So here it goes-the complex is simply great. Great pool area, gym, tennis count, marina, really nice! The buildings are nice but a bit dated inside. The apartment Itself is adorable, 3 spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space. 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms look to have newer “ wood” floors which are nice. The rest of the flooring looks original, old with a lot of caulking going on esp in the bathrooms. The apartment is a mix of old and updated areas. The host is terrific! Very responsive, could not have been more accommodating. Tons of amenities for the guests including shampoo, conditioner, body bath, razors, and on and on. The view is of the parking lot:( the other side of the building (even number apts)has the marina view. We had a nice time here. Hope this helps.

The apartment was so nice, and Lucy the owner was constantly in communication with us, and assisting us. Super nice located and for sure we will come back

Amazing place to stay in Miami!
Very nice place to stay with family. It is totally renovated and clean. The area and proximity to Aventura mall makes a perfect location to make the vacation enjoyable and stress free. The owner/staff are very professional. I highly recommend this place.

Very good spacious condo
So far everything very good. We are 5 adults and 2 toddlers, we fit well to this condo.
Master bedroom is spacious and with large bed, other bedrooms good and with two beds, however not for tall people.
Yacht club is a good place to stay. Some elderly people however reserve the pool chairs for the whole day with their towels, something for the management to look at!

At the pool it is prohibited to keep the chairs while not in use, , please feel free to ask the guard for help.
Regarding beds they are the regular American size beds.
I m sure you will enjoy the rest of your holidays at home, and every detail that we had prepared for you.!

Excelente estadia
Excelente ubicación y estadia. Casa muy bien arreglada y decorada, en buen estado. Luisa fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento. Recomiendo al 100% esta casa para unas vacaciones agradables con la familia.

Everything was exactly like we planned. The location is fantastic, the apartment is great, big, clean, sunny and the owner is very helpful. We would stay there again for sure!
