un lugar cálido, tranquilo, excelente atención de la propietaria, si quieren vivir toda una experiencia en alojamiento y playa este es mejor lugar, Nosara una de las playas más tranquilas y sus lugareños son amenos digno de tener una estancia larga.

Por consejos de una amiga que tuvo una experiencia maravillosa en Giardino, decidimos visitar este hotel, nos llevamos una sorpresa muy desagradable con los cambios que hay en este momento, no concuerda con la descripción y las opiniones tan buenas sobre este lugar con la actualidad la falta de profesionalismo y experiencia es evidente en la administradora Spacialle y su marido Enrique quien es un hombre muy prepontente y falto de educación para tratar los clientes.
Las habitaciones estaban sucias y no bien ordenadas, muy lento el servicio del desayuno y desagradale el área con tantos perros alrededor con mal olor en el área del comedor, me parece una falta de consideracion y respecto hacia los clientes en darles prioridad a estos animales, en cuanto al precio la tarifa era muy razonable, no en todo porque también hay chocolates a muy alto precio, realmente fue una mala decisión haber elegido este lugar para una reunión familiar.
No recomendamos este lugar, debido a la desorganización y falta de experiencia de parte de todo el equipo y administración.

This is very surprising response and not at all characteristic of how we experienced the time with your group. I am sorry you feel this way and disappointed that you didn’t say anything to me or my husband during your visit about any of these details. Upon departure, I received many hugs and ‘thank yous’ and plans to return and not one complaint from your group. I am bewildered.

Don Luis, when your family of almost 30 people arrived, at dusk in the rain we had all of your rooms ready, including those I arranged outside of our hotel since you visited us when we were completely full. We immediately offered everyone coffee in our poolside rancho while your family members chose who was to share rooms. We offered unparalleled flexibility with your requests, including making you a group dinner reservation with only 1 hour notice.

The next morning, we were complimented by many of your family members on our speedy and delicious breakfast. The second morning, your breakfast was served even faster, so I do not understand why you’ve made this complaint. Some even told stories about how your very large group always breaks restaurant service and how together we were and wonderful it was that everyone could eat together. Even though we had arranged a per-person charge and limited menu for your group, we allowed everyone to order freely simply as a courtesy to your group without charging anything extra. We think everyone was very happy with our service, the meal and our complimentary coffee, which was enjoyed by all. Giving us 1 star for service is quite unfair.

Our pets were requested by many of the children in your group, and so we allowed them to be free, again, as a courtesy to our guests. Your comments about our professionalism and my husband are untrue. I wonder, if you felt this way, why you decided to stay an extra day and move to our suite to enjoy another space? We are a wonderful, competent, organized and happy team and had an enjoyable and fun time with your family. If you didn’t appreciate my husband’s sense of humor, you are the only one, as even the elder women in your group were laughing at his jokes. We are a family place and a big home, we aim for comfort, ease and we pride ourselves on our rooms’ cleanliness. Housekeeping has a long checklist, if something was amiss, I wish you would have alerted me while you were here so I could have fixed it.

Thank you for mentioning the chocolates, as I know many in your family enjoyed, along with our fresh pressed juices and other items from our honor fridge. Turtlehood chocolates and coffee is a local boutique company offering only high-end, organic, prize-winning coffee (which is on tap for our guests for free) and handmade chocolates and truffles, which are available for purchase at the hotel. These are not cheap candies; they are handmade, fresh, top quality chocolates. I am sorry you didn’t realize what luxury you were being offered, I will take the hint to create better signage. As you know, Nosara attracts a boutique clientele and is far from anything, so naturally, things can cost a bit more in the area. And although you mention that your rate was reasonable, you gave us only 1 star for value. This is unreasonably unfair, Sir.

Our location is 350 meters from the sand, just a short walk to the beach, and we are in central Playa Guiones, walk-able to everything. 2 stars for location is also a bit unfair. I hope you will reconsider your review ratings and your hurtful comments. This is nothing like what our guests experience with us and I certainly did not expect this opinion from you after your cordiality and nice comments at departure.
