The boys enjoyed this tremendously

The Staff! Execellence at its best, property outstanding. Would love to make this an annual thing. Therapy and healing. Mojitos are the best! Diana the concierge was super attentive and accommodating! I wished we could have tripled their gratuities. The hardest to please guys in the group were all smiles.

Staff customer service was second to none!

While visiting for a Golf/Birthday trip, I experienced a level of customer service second to none. Every meal was promptly prepared and delicious! The property was amazing and kept clean throughout the visit. I can't say enough about the level of service provided by the staff giving special attention to Diana, Victor, and Raul. Whatever accommodations were needed, they made it happen! Thank you guys for an experience of a lifetime.

Best trip in my life

Where do I start from the time I hit the front door they made be feel like a King. I was thinking about kidnapping the staff and bringing them back to US with me.

An amazing Birthday stay!

Our stay at the Arrecife Royale was amazing!! The Villa was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The cleanliness was top notch!! Lidia and Almeyra had the place spotless. Jose our concierge was very accommodating and helped make my husband’s special day great. Rahul and Jesus our butlers exceeded our expectations with their service, they made our time at the Villa very special. The chefs were great, our meals were delicious!! The Villa was very spacious and had great amenities. I loved relaxing by the gorgeous pool enjoying a cocktail! The staff was absolutely wonderful, we had an amazing stay! We would definitely visit again!!

Luxury with Incredible Service

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed to the villa and able to relax immediately. Meals were delicious. This is an amazing family-friendly or big group villa with every amenity from a pool, hot tub and outdoor fire. We'll definitely visit again. Huge shout out to the team of Jose, Rahul and more who provided first class service.

Fantastic home and staff!

We stayed in this gorgeous home with three other families and had an amazing time. The home was beautiful and perfect for four families (there were at least four master bedrooms) with 11 kids and a babysitter. The staff was superb as was the food. We had great times hanging out at home, by the pool, using the golf carts to drive to the nearby beaches and tennis courts. I highly recommend it!

Amazing is an understatement

This was our first time renting a home with staff onsite.. to say this home & staff far exceeded our expectations is an understatement. Let’s start with the house- the cleanliness & beauty of this house was way beyond our expectations- the pictures don’t do justice. Each room was huge with a bathroom & the house was so clean. Kudos to housekeeping! The staff- wow oh wow. Rahul & Jesus were our Butlers. We could not have asked for more attentive, friendly and thoughtful people to be with us on the entire trip. They were so proactive- example, we had a boat day planned & as we were all getting ready for the day, we had a bag full of towels & sandwiches ready for us to take with us for the day. We had 2 little ones with us & they would play with them, watch them to make sure they didn’t fall if we didn’t have our eyes on them, get them toys & a few times, even feed them a few bites of food when they were being difficult! Lol The food was amazing each meal! We picked our menu ahead of time and they delivered an amazing meal each time. The chef’s Isabella & Elvis added their own touch to the meals that we requested & each time we were wowed. One day we asked for just simple wings for lunch & we were floored at how delicious they were. Every great vacation needs delicious food & Elvis and Isabella provided us with just that! The housekeepers were on point & constantly sweeping or mopping if we made a mess from the pool. The rooms were cleaned & beds made every time we left the room. All in all, I highly recommend Arrecife Royale & the staff that came with the house. An unforgettable, amazing week.

Loved it so much we stayed an extra week!

Arrecife Royale is an amazing villa! We visited in February for our first getaway in over a year and it was everything we hoped it would be. The staff were terrific; our butlers were Wilson & Raul, our chefs were Nicolas & Daniel, and our housekeepers were Lidia & Almeyra. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They collectively made it feel like a true vacation as none of us lifted a finger the entire time! Our one week planned stay evolved into two weeks because we just didn't want to leave! We were fortunate that they were able to accommodate us for a second week! All of the meals were delicious and in 14 days there were no duplicates unless we asked for something to be served again. Everyone loved the Ooni Pizza Oven and enjoyed a couple rounds of fresh pizza throughout our stay! The house itself is stunning. It's a very open and airy floor plan and the beautiful rooms all provided great comfort and privacy. The outdoor space is awesome! It's modern and comfortable and we all loved having the Sonos speakers accessible! The kids loved the pool & hot tub and the adults loved the fire pit in the evenings. It was terrific to have a gym in-house and the pool table was a big hit with all ages! The only issue we had were the tile floors being very slippery when they get wet. This was really only a problem around the pool deck and the staff did an excellent job of mitigating the water as best they could. I understand that safety mats were ordered for areas around the pool deck so kudos to the staff for addressing it right away. We rented Arrecife Royale from the property management company, Volalto. This was our second time renting through them and their service was once again top notch. The rental itself was handled by Maritza who was outstanding to work with! Our local concierge, Jose, is an amazing guy. This was also the second time we worked with him and not only did he plan things for us but he made suggestions for activities (to do or not do!), visited every day to check in and make sure everyone was satisfied, and was available any time we reached out via text or WhatsApp. I think it speaks to Volalto's level of customer service & satisfaction that both Jose & Maritza are longtime employees and care very much about their guests' enjoyment. Jose/Volalto also arranged for in-villa Covid testing prior to returning home which was wonderful. Highlights of our trip in no particular order: *Outdoor massage on the balconies with Diana and Raquel *Morning yoga on the patio with Lynda *Late afternoon cruise on a 45" Sea Ray *Golf - Caddy Catolino was amazing *Riding the Banana Boat at Playa Blanca *Visiting Los Ojos Indigenas and swimming in the crystal clear cenotes *Deep Sea Fishing and catching two giant Mahi Mahi (that were delicious!) 100% we will be back to Punta Cana again soon in a beautiful Volalto Villa!

A neighborhood relocation to the Dominican

What a great trip!! A much needed break or pause button if you will to an otherwise stressful, disappointing, isolating year. The home was perfectly laid out for our crew of 18 and the staff... BEYOND PERFECT! We were so well taken care of from the minute we arrived. I could not single out one staff member because they all came with their A game the entire time we were there. We loved our time so much the whole group committed to staying a second week! We had all but three meals prepared from our amazing chef whom had to deal with multiple food allergies. He even gave us late night pizza and charcuterie boards every afternoon. No one lacked a drink in their hand and a fresh towel spin exiting the pool! We hired a yoga instructor several days and had a masseuse or two daily! My birthday was spent on grounds and the whole staff came out singing their version of happy birthday! I Truly felt the love. The one and only criticism is the pool decking was not a good choice and at times was dangerously slippery. I think they are rectifying that though so hopefully no split chins for future guests. I would say if you are questioning a visit.. DONT! It was a magical time and we all can’t wait to return!
