Our minimum booking is two nights.
A 50% deposit is taken on confirmation of booking and the balance paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. (In the event of a cancellation a refund will be possible only if we are able to replace the booking). A further deposit of £100 payable at time of balance payment is required. This will be refunded to your account, less any deduction for damages at end of the rental period.
