We were in town for a club sporting event at the Orange County Convention Center. Four days of non-stop volleyball. The resort was a nice place to come back to. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers if you wanted to do something. If you wanted to just stay and relax, the pool and Tiki bar were a nice place to just chill, eat, and drink. We had a nice stay.

We stayed here for 3 evenings while visiting universal and Disney parks for a few days. We have two teenagers and wanted some space to spread out. This condo was large enough for a family of 6. We did not use the bunk beds and given that they are in the hall way, they aren’t ideal for children or guests who want to go bed early. The kitchen had ample space and all the amenities we needed had we stayed longer and needed to cook meals. The furnishings are a bit dated, however, for the price of the rental, this was very acceptable and more comfortable than a hotel room for the same or higher price. The location couldn’t be beat. Starbucks and subway within walking distance right behind the resort. Very close to Disney springs and equal distance between most of the parks we visited. We would highly recommend this location for central location, spacious layout for a family or four to six adults, and overall value for the amenities. Communication with host was also quick and easy.

This is our 2nd stay on property. Easy check in helpful front desk easy access to parks and restaurants. Nice pool. The host always returned calls and addressed any question or need that arose. Top shelf!

We loved the property! We had the perfect amount of space for a family of 4. The staff we friendly. We loved the convenience of the location and the tiki bar at the pool. And you could not beat the view! Would stay here again for sure!

The condo was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the four of us. A great view of the lake from the back balcony, and a view of the miniature golf course from the bedroom, and we were able to watch the Disney fireworks at night. Everything basic was provided, but no pool toys. A very convenient and central location to all the attractions, easy access to the freeway. Grounds are well kept, the pool is very nice and has a working bar part of the time. Not very crowded at all when we stayed and quiet, although there was music being played at the pool. Parking seemed a little sparse for that size of condominium, as many evenings we could not find a covered space in the garage. One thing that is a little misleading is the name, Blue Heron Beach, because there is no "Beach". It is on the lake shore and there is a landing you can walk out on. I wished there were more trails and such to walk around the lake. Fitness room and kids game room were pretty basic and small, and you had to buy tokens to play the games. Very old video games. There is a Subway and Starbucks right outside the property, which was cool. The shuttle to Disney that stops right outside seemed convenient, but it is not free ($10 per person). We could not use it because they have a rule that you can only arrive and leave from the same park, atleast that is what they told me, and we had Park Hopper tickets. There were a couple minor issues: first, our room keys all of a sudden stopped working, and the maintenance had to come fix the door sensor or get new batteries for it. Just had to wait about a half-hour for that. Second, we had a maid enter the condo in the morning as we were sleeping, which seemed to be a scheduling mix-up . She was very apologetic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Check in was very pleasant. Available luggage carts At elevators helped tremendously. Very nice view from living room balcony. Owner was helpful in process. Yes I would go here again if that trip comes available for me in the future.
