THE UNITS Each 850sf Apartment features: - 1 KING bed in the first bedroom; - 1 QUEEN OR 2 TWIN beds in the second bedroom; - LIVING ROOM with a PULL-OUT SOFA; - DINING AREA with a table for 4; - In-unit WASHER/DRYER; - Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator; - BALCONY; - All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing! THE PROPERTY - BEACH access from the property. Beach chairs are provided; - Huge heated swimming POOL and HOT TUB with loungers, umbrellas and tables; - On-site CAFE and TIKI BAR by the pool; - Two private TENNIS courts (rackets and balls are available at the front desk); - 24/7 FRONT DESK and security; - Several charcoal BBQ stations throughout the property; - 2 assigned PARKING spots per each unit; - On-site MARINA (up to 28ft boats). Slip rental is available for $4/ft/day and boat trailer parking is $40/day (free with slip rental). The Marina reservations need separate arrangements and ARE NOT guaranteed with accommodations reservations; depend on availability. Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dockmaster Be advised that some amenities will not work within full capacity. Food and beverage establishments at the property will be open on weekends. NOTE: All jet-powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
