Ocean, Air, Food, and Beauty- This Place Lacks in Nothing
Villa Violeta is comprised of several stunning bedroom/studios that incorporate the beauty of the tropics and the ocean. From every room, every bed, and every seat, the villa offers an almost overwhelming dose of natural beauty and architectural brilliance. Chef Mario, Luis, and the every person who works there are some of the kindest, and most interesting people around. The food is extraordinary (THANK YOU MARIO!), a true eaters paradise. And the beach, of course, is beautiful. In sum, this place is MAGICAL.

We Were Spoiled with this amazing place and staff
Stayed with family for a week at Villa Violeta. We had an amazing time and are so grateful that we all got together, because 2 months later there was a worldwide pandemic! The structures, the chefs, the beach, the surrounding forests...all so wonderful. The staff waited on us like we were royalty. Margaritas at sunset, delicious food every meal, tropical birds perching in the trees above. It was magical.

Grateful Girl
Villa Violeta was a dream for our large group of women. The staff felt like family. The food preparation was fabulous and they made it clear they aimed to place!! So delicious. They met our every need! Yessica was an amazing concierge! She was quite on the ball and managed the unique requests of 13 women with such Grace!!
The grounds are amazing. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!!!

The photos don't do it justice!
This property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful views and architecture throughout. The staff was topnotch and felt like part of the family by the time we left. The chef adjusted meals to our requests and the concierge was always available and willing to help with whatever we needed. I would stay at Villa Violleta again and again!

Magical setting with chef prepared food to die for every day!
Peace, secluded beach that's great for swimming. We swam, snorkeled a little, kayaked, and relaxed in the sun and beauty. Fresh fruits and drinks were delivered to us on the beach daily. The "house" is many smaller houses so one can either be with others or have quiet time alone. The views are spectacular. We saw dozens of whales from the sunset deck and even while just eating the magically good food. The roar of the Pacific at night was fun to sleep to. Service was perfect.
Do note that getting into town for adventures takes awhile in a taxi down a bumpy dirt road, but that's the price of the magical privacy and seclusion. Nearby San Pancho is a quaint, quiet town good for eating, walking, shopping. Sayulita wasn't our favorite. Better for 25 years olds who want to walk around with beer in hand.
We would absolutely book again and hope to. A good value, we thought, for the high quality food, service, beauty.

It felt like our own private island!
We arrived and we're greeted with margaritas and a smile! The next morning we awoke to the most spectacular views and a delightful breakfast, fresh squeezed juice included. The infinity pool was a great hang out spot during the heat of the day and for sunsets we'd gather with cocktails on the top deck, feeling like we were almost on the bow of a boat with the waves crashing below. At night after dinner we were lucky enough to be dazzled by the skies light shows, sometimes lightening other nights the stars.
We were treated like royalty with each and every meal prepared to our likely. Among my favorites were the fresh fruits sliced each morning, the guacamole, the cold seafood salads and the mole.
The beach was just as it's pictured. For an even more remote beach, ask for directions to the nude beach. It's a bit of a hike but well worth spending the day there.
Stop in town in your way in or your way out.
Whether you go with family, friends or a lover, you'll find it extraordinary!

Beyond Perfection!
There was a spectacular view from every unique perch on this fabulous property!
We had a small group of ladies... a "girl's trip" who stayed for a very relaxing week. Some of our highlights included the amazing service of the concierge, Yesika, and the entire staff. Colorful, mouth-watering meals were served on delightfully dressed tables with freshly made margarita's, ice-cold Corona’s and aqua fresca juices with views of the secret beach, Pacific Ocean and lush jungle.
Lazy days sunning by the pool on the pineapple express raft, drinks served poolside and more views. Numerous decks dotted around the property with lounge chairs... our favorite spot for our happy hour/sunset aperitif we fondly named "the sunset deck" where we enjoyed other-worldly sunsets -- pink / orange sky's, dramatic clouds and the Mexican air force of Pelicans soaring by us at eye level -- and of course, cocktails and great photo ops!
There was plenty of space for us to spread out in the various different bungalows all with amazing views, nicely decorated -- some with outdoor showers/tub -- comfortable beds, soft linens, robes and toiletries as well as fresh water decanters and tropical flower arrangements.
We also enjoyed a day hike through the jungle to the North for a beach visit to Playa de los Muertos and an evening out in Sayulita rubbing elbows with the interesting locals and tourists alike.
A tropical holiday at Villa Violeta or its sister property across the beach are not to be missed... book it now!

Simply the Best!
Villa Violeta is hands down one the most stunning properties that I have ever stayed at. The design is heavenly, the views are spectacular and the staff are top notch. This is our second visit and we plan to return again and again. It is absolutely magical!

Amazing Mexican Vacation
Nine couples got together to all celebrate our 50th birthdays taking place in the year 2018. We came from the USA, from LA, Austin, DC and NY. We new we were in for something very special once the driver had to unlock the gate. The 10 minute drive through the jungle to the beach was crazy but fun. We shared the two houses (Violeta and Caleta) and we were separated by a semi private beach. Both houses are absolutely breath taking - no expense was spared in the renovations. Both houses have awesome views of the ocean and pools and decks. The staff was there to handle our every need. The chefs were great and we enjoyed 3 meals a day. The meals were all authentic Mexican based meals and all ingredients were fresh and were shopped for on a daily basis. We couldn't wait for the bell to ring before each meal. Yessica came by each morning to check up on us and see if we needed anything like taxi rides, massages, yoga, etc and to make sure we never ran out of beer, booze or ice. This was one of a kind vacation and it exceeded all expectations. We were there for a full week and we only left the compound twice, to go to san Pancho and Sayulita. We also enjoyed playing frisbee golf (on property) and taking hikes from the house through the jungle. We absolutely loved our vacation and would definitely return.
